Description:  Harriot Masterson is the CONSTELLATION's 
Command Master Chief, more commonly referred to as 
simply the 'Bosun.'  She is the senior non-commissioned 
officer aboard the ship, and serves as the liaison 
between the ship's enlisted crew and the Executive 
Officer.  She is a professional, no-nonsense woman, and 
has been a part of Starfleet since age 18.  Since she 
has been in Starfleet for longer (31 years) than many 
of the officers on the ship have even been alive, she 
considers it her responsibility to help the young 
officers aboard ship (often while making wry comments 
about wiping noses and changing diapers).
