Hank Giles has been in Starfleet for a number of years.  
After spending over 20 years in the enlisted ranks, Mr. 
Giles took and passed the senior enlisted board, 
accepting his promotion to Chief Petty Officer, 1st 
class in his area of Logistics and Supply. CPO1 Giles 
has proven time and time again that there isn’t anything 
he can’t get or haggle for in order to either improve 
the operation of a Starship... or to improve the lives 
of her crew.  Giles is also meticulous when it comes to 
paperwork.  It is said that every stem-bolt on his last 
assignment was entered into his always-present ledger 
PADD.  Giles’s other areas of expertise range from 
shuttlecraft operations to a relatively vast knowledge of
