Background----
Lieutenant junior grade Miles comes aboard from the 
USS ST. PETERSBERG where she served as the assistant 
Ship’s Services Officer.  Upon her arrival on the 
CONSTELLATION after her initial shakedown cruise, LTjg 
Miles found an instant partnership with the Ship’s Senior 
Quartermaster, Chief Giles.  Together, they have done 
quite a bit to further the "systems awareness" that 
all starships undergo during the first several months 
of active duty operations.  Working in close concert with 
the various Engineering teams, Quartermaster and SSVC 
sections assisted with several system swapouts and systems 
"tweaking", helping to speed the CONSTELLATION into active 
service that much faster.  Selina is known for her temper, 
though, a trait she attributes to her father back on Mars.  
Off duty, LTjg Miles plays various sports and enjoys 
researching ancient literature from Earth.
